Jocelyn Spencer Rhynard currently serves on the Dayton Public Schools Board of Education. Her activism as a parent of four children who all attend DPS led to her running for school board in 2017, and her advocacy continues with regularly testifying at the Ohio Statehouse and in Washington, D.C. in defense of strong public education. Jocelyn was a key advocate for passing Issue 1 which secured reproductive rights in Ohio
